CONDITIONS OF THE PRIZE CONTEST: A SUMMARY

 

REGULATIONS PRIZE CONTEST STICHTING COSMIC FIELD PARADIGM

 

Whereas the foundation Stichting Cosmic Field Paradigm (hereinafter to be called: the foundation) established in Aerdenhout, unicipality of Bloemendaal, at postbox 162 (2110 AD), will organise a prize contest that has to give an answer to the question whether levitation is possible by means of gravitation, under the following provisions:

 

Article 1

Participants in the prize contest may solely be those (legal) persons who have demonstrably – by means of a written confirmation of the provider of the website of the foundation to the office of Kloeck & Einarson notaries in Heemstede, PO Box 13 (2100 AA) (hereinafter to be called: the notaries firm) – purchased a CD-rom with the technical specification of the prize contest as organised by the foundation. Non-participants will be excluded from the prize contest.

 

Article 2

Participants in the prize contest should send their solution in a sealed envelope on which it is stated "participation prize contest Stichting Cosmic Field Paradigm" to the notaries firm. The envelopes will there be kept unopened to be opened one day after closing time by one of the notaries of the notaries firm. After receipt of said envelope by the notaries firm it will not be impossible for participants to demand restitution of this envelope.

 

Article 3

The date of closing of the right to enter the solution referred to in article 1 will be published prior to that date for 180 days at the website of the prize contest. Solutions sent after this date will be excluded from the right to participate in said prize contest. The postmark on the envelope will apply as date of entry, all this at the sole discretion of the notaries firm. The foundation will be authorised to reschedule the closing time for reasons of its own up to maximally 360 days after the publication referred to afore.

Article 4

The sealed envelope referred to in article 1 should contain the following:

      the contest document in duplicate as well as in duplicate on disk (IBM-format) containing the technical specification of the elaboration of the levitation experiment and/or the exclusion experiment;

      the individual registration number belonging to the CD-rom that the participant bought from the foundation.

      the full name, date of birth and address of the participant and, as desired by the participant, also his/her telephone number, e-mail address or telefax number;

      two references of the participant, a recent passport photo and a copy of the valid identification card of the participant.

If the envelope does not meet the afore-stated the competitor will be excluded from participation.

 

Article 5

If two or more participants jointly draw up a contest document, one of them should be qualified as representative in a clear manner. Only this person will be authorised to represent towards the foundation the participants represented by him/her.

 

Article 6

Participants working for or attached to criminal organisations, military organisations or the war industry will be excluded from participation.

 

Article 7

Fourteen days after the closing date referred to in article 2 the documents will be opened at 5 p.m. Greenwich mean time after which an inventory will be made by the notaries firm in the presence of the board of the foundation. The notaries firm will make an official report of this opening and inventory. Every participant may ask in writing for this official report at the notaries firm.

 

Article 8

Every entry received by the notaries firm after the time mentioned in article 6 will be excluded from participation and will be returned to the sender.

 

Article 9

One copy of all entered contest documents will remain in the custody of the notaries firm and the other copy will be presented to the representative of the jury described hereinafter in article 9.

 

Article 10

The jury will be legally binding appointed by the board of above-mentioned foundation and will consist of independent persons expert in this case. The board may have itself assisted at this appointment by advisors with a scientific background. The jury will consist of minimally five and maximally ten members. Not later than six weeks before the closing date referred to in article, 2 the jury will be announced by the foundation by stating it on the website of the foundation.

 

Article 11

Not later than six weeks after the closing date referred to in article 2, the result will be made public by the jury by stating it on the website of the foundation. The result of the jury will be irrevocable and it will not be possible to correspond about it.

 

Article 12

Two prices will be awarded by the jury, namely:

      the first prize for the best technical specification of the levitation experiment;

      the second prize for the second best specification of the levitation experiment or the best specification of the exclusion experiment, all this at the exclusive choice of the jury.

       

Article 13

The first prize consists of an amount in cash equal to the number of CD-roms sold multiplied by

_ 1.10 (in words: one Euro ten Eurocents). The second prize amounts to one/tenth part of the first prize. The number of sold CD-roms will appear from a declaration to be made by the provider of the website of the foundation to the notaries firm, not later than on the closing date. The provider of the website of the foundation will pay _ 1.10 (in words: one Euro ten Eurocents) of every sold CD-rom into a bank account of the notaries firm. The prize-giving ceremony will take place at a place and time yet further to be designated by the foundation.
