prize contest is written out to propose a design for a gravitational
levitation experiment. It means the compensation of the force of gravity
for any piece of matter, like wood or iron or stone etc.. The levitation
has nothing to do with air-cushions (hovering) or magnetic levitation
(mono-rail). Everyone can participate, but a good understanding in
engineering of electromagnetic waves at high frequencies is needed,
